HCI Systems Ltd are leaders in the design and manufacture of full vehicle electrical wiring systems and wiring harnesses and were setup by Mike and Sarah Tickner over a decade ago. Focussed around timely and high-quality delivery, the business has a large, expanding and loyal customer base but was also suffering the challenges that growth brings as the business transitioned from a successful small entity to a larger, dynamic, cross sector business.
